Dr. Vida-Lynn is a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in primary health care provision. She is trained in treating substance abuse disorders. Mental health affects every area of our daily functioning more than we are aware. she believe it is ideal for everyone with mental health illness to receive appropriate treatment to live satisfying lives.
She has a waiver certificate to provide Medication-Assisted Treatment for opiate use disorder. Her treatment approach involves working closely with the interdisciplinary team to create treatment plans that match patients’ goals for improved health outcomes.
Dr. Vida-Lynn uses a treatment approach that treats the entire individual rather than just one aspect. She cares for an individual’s body mind and spirit to help them heal entirely. She is caring and compassionate and believes in involving patients in their care.
Her background includes receiving a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Stony Brook University Long Island, NY, a Master of Nursing degree from Rutgers University, NJ, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Chatham University, Pittsburgh, PA. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, singing, and reading.
